Local amenities are less than 5 minutes away & include a Publix supermarket, Walgreen's pharmacy, Chilli's restaurant, Subway sandwich bar, McDonalds, Chinese restaurant & take away (delivery available), Pizzeria, hair salon, video rentals & petrol station.
Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 4 minutes away with 2 courses designed by Greg Norman.
Disney can be reached in less than 15 minutes from Windwood Bay. Other theme parks including Sea World & Universal are between 20 & 25 minutes away.
The beaches on the Gulf coast can be reached within an hour, as can the Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic coast.
Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes away, Sanford Airport is about 50 minutes.

The villa can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. There are 2 Master suites (1 king and 1 queen) each with its own en-suite and walk in closets. There is a safe in the king master suite. All bedrooms have cable TV. The 2 twin-bedded rooms each have built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom situated between the 2 twin rooms.
A double sofa bed is provided in the formal lounge area, along with another sofa.
The family living area contains a large, sectional sofa which easily seats 10 people. The entertainment centre features cable TV, DVD player and PS2 complete with DVD and Games libraries and also a selection of board games. There is a portable CD/Radio in the kitchen area.
The games room contains table tennis, air hockey, darts and other games.
Younger children are well catered for with a travel cot, high chair and stroller free of charge. There is a children's safety fence on the patio and all external doors are alarmed.
All towels and bed linen are supplied free of charge.
