Dalaman's location could not be better, with many resort towns only minutes drive away, the sophisticated marina town of Gocek is only 20 Min's drive, this is soon to be reduced as a new tunnel adjoining the towns is underway, Dalyan only 20 Min's drive and the popular resorts towns of Marmaris and Fethiye just over an hour's drive.
There is plenty of transport available, with taxi's and a new bus station offering buses and dolmus to each area regularly.
