The accommodation is on one level and comprises:
A spacious, well furnished and comfortable living room and dining area with beamed ceilings and a large open fireplace; TV/DVD player, radio/CD player. French doors lead to the garden. Small library of books, games, CD's and DVD's. A well equipped kitchen - the kitchen units were hand made from elms which used to grow in the garden - containing electric oven, gas hob, microwave, new automatic washing machine, electric kettle and fridge freezer - welcome pack in fridge on arrival!
Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with beamed ceilings and views across the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms at La Maison are spacious' airy and have beamed ceilings, tiled floors, pleasant outlook, hanging space plus chest of drawers etc. Newly refitted bathroom - 2 wash hand basins, bath with shower attachment, separate shower cubicle; separate WC. Covered terrace with barbecue and dining area. Separate sun terraces by house and adjacent to new pool. Private swimming pool for exclusive use of La Maison. Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own pool towels.

Guests at Mouledou can enjoy the grounds of approximately 4 acres, mostly lawn which provides an ideal surface for football etc. There is also a large natural pond which is well stocked with fish. For younger guests there are children's swings and a slide.
Private pool for sole use of La Maison - easy step access; pleasant salt water system; safe 1.2m depth, fully enclosed by safety fence/walls; external lighting & under water lighting.
