NOTE: We recommend this property for 6 people but 8 could be accommodated using the chair-beds along with the sofa-bed in the lounge. Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day, or otherwise by prior written agreement. A £100 refundable deposit is payable to cover damages including excess cleaning costs. No charge is made for the electricity. 25% of the full rental is required as a non refundable deposit at time of booking. Reservations made withing 8 weeks of the let require full payment at time of booking. The villa will be cleaned before you arrive and on departure, this is included in the rental. If you require additional cleaning services, this can usually be arranged at extra cost. You and your guests must agree not to smoke inside the villa. When you contact us we will send you a booking form to return & we hold the villa for 10 days to allow time for your deposit to reach us. After this time the villa will be re-offered.
