Our villa was brand new in 2005 when we stayed for 3 weeks. We stayed there for 4 weeks in 2006, 2007 and will be there again for another 4 weeks in 2008. We will give you all the local information you need to have a fabulous holiday! We have a video and a wide selection of photos available for posting out or emailing. Easy to find at junction of 192 and Highway 27.

10 mins from Disney, High Grove is a gated community, ideally suited for the Florida / theme park experience.

The gated community of High Grove is easy to find as it is situated at the western end of the 192, at the junction with Highway 27. It is about 30mins from Orlando International airport and 45 mins from Sanford. High Grove is about 10mins from Disney, with Animal Kingdom the closest theme park.
Across the road is a large Walmart store and a Winn Dixie store. As well as having your own private pool and spa, there is also a communal pool at the club house. The games room in the villa includes a pool table, table tennis, air hockey and table football (Foosball). This gives children (and adults!) of all ages lots to keep them occupied after a busy day at the parks or on a well earned 'rest' day.
Within a couple of minutes drive there are golf courses, shops, restaurants and a variety of other entertainments. Guests of ours also have use of the facilities at the nearby Bahama Bay resort. Here you can go fishing, play volley ball on the small sandy beach or use the gym, cinema etc. (Charges apply to some of these activities). If there are any problems during your stay, you may contact me for help or our management company, who run the maintenance etc. for us.
