Location
Les Mathevies, a hamlet, is in the commune of Ste Nathalene, ten minutes car journey to Sarlat La Canada - a bustling, medieval town in the heart of the Dordogne.
When staying at Les Mathevies you may have use of amenities at the local campsite,including tennis, crazy golf and table tennis. There is also a lovely bar and restaurant on-site.
This property is right in the middle of perfect countryside for walking and birdwatching. The Dordogne river is only 10 minutes drive away, where canoeing is a favourite pastime giving one a unique view of the numerous riverside chateaux.
The world famous Lascaux caves and Rocadamour are just two of the historic sites and places of interest within easy reach.

Living Room: Fold away double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, sideboard, television. Door leading to garden and pool.
Bedroom: Entered from shower area by separate door. Double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps. Fold away single bed available if necessary. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen/Shower Area: This is a separate area which is curtained off from the living room. The kitchen comprises of an electric cooker, a microwave oven, fridge, sink unit and coffee maker. There is also all cutlery and crockery.
There is a shower with wash basin and a separate toilet. For those with an English electric shaver there is a shaving socket.
This property has nine power points and central heating throughout for the colder times of the year. The tiled floors are perfect to keep cool in the summer.
Laundry: There is a washing machine available on request with an outside line to dry your clothes. Towels are not provided.
Parking: Front of house; easy access. |
