The apartment is situated on the Costa Calida which is south east Spain, at the northern end of La Manga strip, overlooking the Marina. With the Mediterranean sea on one side and the Mar Menor on the other, you are just a few minutes walk from either beach. The Mar Menor has warm shallow waters ideal for children and there are endless beaches up and down the strip.
The Mar Menor offers many water sports but this location also offers a peaceful base for your holiday.
The Mar Menor is also famous for The Black Mud which is said to help treat the symptoms of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
The apartment is ideally situated close to a few shops and restaurants and there are regular buses up and down the strip at incredibly low fares if you prefer a wider selection to choose from.
Available just a short car ride away are horse riding facilities, a full sized go-kart track, bowling and roller skating.
This regions retains a traditional spanish feel and is the perfect location for those seeking rest and relaxation.
There are sailing schools in the area which offer a comprehensive service for any level.
There are various boat trips leaving from the port daily. They will take you around the vast coast of the Mar Menor allowing you to see the various villages on route. (not all year)
There is a 9 hole golf course towards the end of the strip and La Manga Club is not far away if you wish to play golf on their championship courses. La Manga Club also offers a vast range of other activities and has superb spa facilities which are open to the public all year round. Also, La Manga club offers an excellent choice of restaurants and spa facilities for those wishing to pamper themselves.
