The house is located in Cala Egos, Cala Dor which is about 45 minute drive from Palma Airport. A hire car is not required as the house is close to all local amenities and 5 minute walk to the beaches of Cala Egos and Es Forti. The Cala Dor Marina is also only a few minutes walk away. Within 5-10 minutes drive is the nationally protected beach of Mondrago, this can also be reached by a bus, or there is a local 'road train' which is great fun.
Val d'or 18 hole golf course close by.
Within Cala Egos itself there are many shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. There are also other activities like bowling, mini-golf, Childrens go-karts, electric bike and trampolines, amongst other things that can be reached in minutes by foot. |

The property is unique it can be used by large families wishing to retain their own independence but wanting to holiday together. The house is located by the shallow end of the pool which is visible from the garden which is ideal if you have children. Garden furniture and sun loungers are supplied. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
The pools are located in in a shared paved garden area with shrubs and palms. There are two pools and an elevated bubble pool.
The layout of the property is as follows:
Ground floor (2 bed apartment) 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, dining area which seats up to 6, utility room, and patio doors which lead out onto a patio and garden which overlooks the pool. It has a LCD TV, DVD player, satellite TV, sofa bed. The kitchen has a range of white goods. Air con is fitted throughout.
