The villa is located on a gated site of two villas (both for rent). The villas are built in 2008/2009 and they are first rented for summer 2009. They are located in a typical Bulgarian village called Bryastovets. The villas, the swimming pool and the garden were designed and built to ensure a perfect holiday for all guests and primarily for families with children.
The village is 17km from Bourgas and 19km from Sunny Beach and the town of Nessebar.
You will find the village store, a bar and a petrol station in a radius of a few hundred meters.
Flights can be booked from most U.K. regional airports, also by British airways to Varna twice weekly, start/ finish dates are flexible to allow for flight availability.
Airport transfer from/to Bourgas airport for four people is included in the rental price.
Although the villas are self catering it is recommended that guests should experience the wonderful value for money restaurants and bars. Bulgaria is one the few low cost and friendly destinations in East Europe where most of the Tourist industry speaks some English.

The holiday house is very close to all locations – max. 20-30 mins drive to beach or bigger supermarkets. The swimming pool is of course in front of your front door.
We can assure you that you will not feel like a stranger after your arrival. At the house you will find a folder with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short information about the area with way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). We are on the site every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our mobile phone numbers in case of emergency.
