This well appointed villa is located on the shoreside of the main Paphos - Coral Bay road within 500m of the beach and on the outskirts of the village of Chloraka. An ideal location which allows you to enjoy the facilities of the bustling metropolis of Kato Paphos (8km) and Coral Bay (9km) with its beautiful sandy beaches. The nearest stop for the frequent bus service connecting these 2 centres is only 4 minutes walk away.
The nearest supermarket is also within a 2 or 3 minute stroll away. Whilst several bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops and a chemist are within a 10 minute walk.
Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site containing much of archaeological interest. The most famous of these are the mosaics located in the House of Dionysus and the remains of two other smaller Roman Villas located within the Archaeological Park behind Paphos Harbour. The combination of the historic and the modern tourist facilities make Kato Paphos a uniquely interesting area for visitors.
The wonderful beaches of Coral Bay are nearby and within easy traveling range of are some of the most interesting and scenic areas in Cyprus. The Akamas Peninsula famed for its scenery and Natural History is within a 25 minute drive and the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Troodos Mountains only 95 minutes away by car. Choosing the Paphos district for your holiday gives you so many choices of activity you will want to come back again.
General Description
The villa has 3 bedrooms with the master bedrooms being en suite. The villa is air conditioned ( available for an additional charge of C£2.50per unit per day payable locally) Bed Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels with you. Maid Service is provided on a once a week basis for bookings of more than 7 days.
The villa has its own generous sized garden including lawns making ideal and safe play areas for the children. The villa has a private 8m x 4m swimming pools with ample patio furniture including sun beds supplied. Car parking Space is available.
A Welcome pack containing all the basic needs is provided so you will not have to find a supermarket immediately upon arrival. 24 hour assistance is available throughout your stay. Any information you require with regard to your stay or assistance with booking of excursions or other activities that you may wish to enjoy is available through Lynne, , Dick and Ian all of whom have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is to provide the assistance you need to make your holiday memorable for only the right reasons!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. If your flight times are awkward/inconvenient we will do our best to assist in every way possible. All of our guests are VIPs!!

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. If you require the air conditioning there is a charge of CYP 2.50 per unit per day payable locally on arrival.
When you arrive at Paphos Airport you will be met by a representative who will assist you with your arrival. If you have booked a taxi transfer the rep will show you to the taxi and follow you to the property, show you round and answer any questions you may have.
If you have booked a hire car the rep will assist you with the rental and then you follow the rep to the property.
24 hour emergency assistance is available during your stay.

Living room: The open plan living area consists of a lounge/diner and kitchen area separated by a breakfast bar. The whole is comfortably furnished to the needs of 6 adults. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and all the essential utensils, cutlery and crockery. For your entertainment a TV set, DVD player and Music System including CD and Tape player are provided. Also on the ground floor is a double bedded Master bedroom with en Suit shower, WC and washbasin. There is ample wardrobe space available
Bedrooms: There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with ample wardrobe space with bathroom between. This bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
