The picturesque Leeds and Liverpool Canal runs within half a mile of the cottage.
The property is close to the famous mill shops and within 40 minutes journey of Manchester. The M65 motorway is within a mile of the property. Garages, shops, pubs, restaurants and the Pendle Heritage Centre are all within walking distance. Pendle Heritage Centre has displays about the infamous Pendle Witches and is the start of the Witch Trail through the trough of Bowland to Lancaster. The market towns of Skipton and Clitheroe are only 20 minutes drive away.
