Our first floor, brand new apartment, completed September 2005, situated in a privately owned, gated complex on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. Comprises a beautiful brand new well equipped separate kitchen and utility area as well as two large bedrooms, a spacious living area and bathroom. The Apartment also boasts two good sized sun balconies landscaped gardens and tennis courts.

Canary Islands > Lanzarote > Costa Teguise
Costa Teguise is the second most popular resort on the Island. It is only a 20min drive from the Airport. Regarded as one of the most exclusive parts of Lanzarote. The king of Spain, himself owns a Villa here! The nearest beach, a small sandy cove is a ten minute walk away. This is our favourite spot as the sea is sheltered here and the water much warmer. The main part of Costa Teguise is a 25-30 minute walk, along which are dotted many bars, Spanish Tapas bars, shops and restaurants, or you may wish to walk along the coast path. If you drive, it's only five minutes away with plenty of parking.
The beautiful white sandy beach, of Costa Teguise has plenty of sunbeds available for hire. If you are feeling adventurous there are water sports on offer here. The beach is gently shelving quite safe for children.
There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to be found, catering from All Day Breakfasts to A L Carte meals. Taxis are numerous and well priced as are the buses which run from one end of the Island to the other, stopping at Puerto Del Carmen, which is the main resort on the island and also Arrecife (the Islands Capital. Great for shopping.)
The Island's only water park and golf course are situated behind the Complex, both within walking distance. The Apartment itself can be found opposite the Barcello Suites Hotel which contains various amenities which you can take advantage of, including evening entertainment, Bureau De Change, Mini-market and swimming pool.
There are many thing to see and do on the Island, from riding a camel part way up a volcano to an underwater submarine experience. There are many tropical gardens and lagoons to visit, as well as surveillance points which provide a spectacular views of the Island. You can take part in a jeep safari or hire a quad bike and take your own tour around the Island. For the fun-lovers there are plenty of bars and clubs in Costa Teguise and Puerto Del Carman.
If you are looking for more relaxing time you can visit the various attractions developed by the famous Cesar Manrique, such as the Jameos Del Agua Caves, which includes a restaurant, concert hall, bar and nightclub, built into the niches of the cave. You could also visit the much loved Cactus Gardens as well as the Timanfaya National Park where one of the James Bond films, was filmed.
Why not visit another Island! From Playa Blanca, you can get a ferry over to Fuerteventura for the day. This Island is not as built up as Lanzarote and has to offer some beautiful long sandy beaches.
Another essential stop on your holiday is the Teguise Market held on a Sunday early. The whole of the Island meets here for some great bargains on leather ware, wood work and some great craft wares.
Car hire is not essential, a taxi from the airport to the Apartment will cost you 12-15 euros, but we would recommend it to make the most of the Island and what it has to offer.

All above rates are based on four people sharing. Additional guests up to two are charged an extra £30 per person per week. A non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the balance to be paid eight weeks before departure. A key deposit of £100.00 (cheque) will be required with your final payment, this will be returned on receipt of the keys being returned and the property left in good order (or can be used for your next holiday with us!!!).

The complex boasts 3 swimming pools, one with a segregated children's splash pool, 2 tennis courts a large shaded area to sit in near the larger pool. There is an allocated car park space to the property, with plenty of parking outside the walled area of the Complex if required.
There is a Manager who will over see your stay and is on hand to pass on any information or help that you may need.
Bedding and towels are changed once a week. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you. If you require anything else this can be arranged.
A cot/bedding, pushchair and highchair are in the apartment. No extra charge is made for these.
There will be soon, a small commercial unit which is in the process of being completed. As stated before, the nearest shop is in the Hotel opposite a 5/10min walk. The next shop along is a 15min walk. |
