Ridgewood Lakes is situated off Highway 27 South in Davenport, Orlando.
The community is only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just 12 minutes from Disney. The other major attractions, shopping malls and restaurants are a little further on.
Locally there are shops, resturants, bars and supermarkets.
The town of Orlando has a completely different feel and offers plenty of live music venues, great restaurants, a variety of shops and the financial district. This makes an interesting alternative to the Theme Parks.

Villa Accommodation:
This luxurious villa is 2,500 sq ft of beautifully furnished accommodation that has been recently redecorated and upgraded. The air-conditioned property can sleep up to ten people and boasts four double bedrooms (large ground floor master, en-suite), a double sofa bed, two and a half bathrooms and a privately enclosed heated swimming pool (No rear neighbours). Furthermore the villa has four televisions with Cable TV, a DVD player and a Play-Station Two.
Villa Community:
Based in a highly rated Championship Golf Course community, the villa community also boasts a lovely clubhouse and quality tennis courts. The entrance is manned after dark and the neighbours are so friendly.
Villa Location:
The location is only a 35 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and Disney is only a 12 minutes away. The other major attractions (Universal, Seaworld and so forth), restaurants and shopping malls are a little further on. There are smaller shops and resturants within three minutes drive and a huge Wall Mart only 5 minutes drive away.
Villa Management:
Our friendly and helpful management company are only three minutes drive away and are on hand to offer advice and information. They even have an out of hours contact number. Furthermore, to ensure our guests have the best possible service we even have a dedicated villa manager. |
