Protaras, as the main tourist area of Paralimni, is one of the prettiest areas of Cyprus and extends along from the famous Fig Tree Bay and takes in the areas of Pernera, Ayia Triada and Kapparis. There are numerous bays along this coast, with their crystal blue waters and white sands, offering something for all ages, from water sport activities to resting on the quiet secluded bays and ambling around the fishing harbours, one the loveliest of these bays being at Ayia Triada, which is very close to the apartment.
Ayia Napa has something to offer everyone, with its fabulous water park, golden beaches and a picturesque harbour area plus the stunning architectural churches. Not forgetting the wonderful nightlife of Ayia Napa for the younger holiday maker. On the coast road running from Ayia Napa to Protaras, you have the area of Cape Greco, which is an area of outstanding beauty, with its national park and lovely bays.
An area not to be missed and well worth a visit are the fantastic Troodos Mountains, with the wonderful alpine hotels and the largest mountain in Cyprus, the impressive Mount Olympus, which is often snow-capped between the months of January and March and is a great skiing area.
Protaras has so much to offer everyone and is the major tourist area, with its fabulous golden beaches and main street offering a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants, which are open very late into the night. Ayia Triada is a quieter area, approx 3km from Protaras centre. It has a lovely sandy bay and tiny chapel, plus a fishing harbour with boats all around the harbour. Kapparis is approx 1km from Ayia Triada and is within 15 minutes walk. There are many local bars and restaurants here, together with hotels and more sandy coves all along the coast.
Paralimni is the main town, which offers the combination of being a traditional Cypriot village and the convenience of a modern town, with its wonderful churches, shops and cafes, centered around the lovely main square.

Booking Terms: 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit, which is fully refundable after your holiday, is required with payment of the final balance.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was built in 2004. It is situated on the second floor and has the advantage of no one being above you, therefore feeling more private. It is everything you need for a comfortable home from home holiday. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out on to an exceptional large sun terrace with pergola and barbecue area. This is in addition to the front balcony, leading directly from the lounge area. The apartment has excellent sea views.
Outside the apartment, directly in front, is a lovely local communal swimming pool, together with a separate children's pool, situated in a taverna setting, serving everything from drinks and snacks, to meals and all local delicacies. It caters for young and old alike and offers a variety of facilities for everyone. There is also a lovely pub, where you can just sit and watch the world go by, or watch all your favourite sports.
