Enter via the long driveway through the entrance gates and you will immediately sense the peace and harmony with nature. With lakes, fountains and a nature trail, it is the perfect location for a quiet holiday, but minutes away from the Theme Parks, Water Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Outlets. This prestigious community provides a hospitable habitat for Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons.

Kissimmee is the place to be for any visit to Florida. It is within minutes of Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot Centre and the Water Parks. Seaworld, Universal studios, Universal Islands of Adventure and all the other attractions are close by. Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa and white sandy beaches are just a short drive away. The Highway 192 is a main road with an abundance of shops, restaurants, dinner shows and attractions. We are continually upgrading furnishings, bedding, towels and amenities to ensure our holiday home is one of the best equipped villas within the Disney area. Full climate control air conditioning (including Games Room) and additional ceiling fans throughout and furnished to a high standard with continual upgrades for both the comfort of ourselves and that of our guests.
Oversized south facing pool, spa and pool deck with stunning lake views, both the pool and spa have underwater lighting. Upgraded poolside furniture with table, chairs, parasol, reclining chairs, side tables with lights, sun loungers, large lanai with large ceiling fan, great for alfresco dining. There is a safety fence next to the pool and spa for the safety of young children (this can be removed). Our pool deck is large and with the safety fence in place, young children can play safely in the shade. For additional child safety, all doors leading to the pool and spa area are alarmed.
Master Bedroom has south facing pool with lake views, with an imposing 6ft bed, wall mounted 22” TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and HI FI System. Luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, walk-in closet and wash hand basins.
There are two further bedrooms upstairs, a Queen suite with TV, Digital Cable, HI FI System and large walk-in closet and a Shrek Themed Bedroom for children with Twin Beds and large walk-in closet. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs with Bath, Shower, Basin and WC. A large galleried landing with TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and XBOX with selection of games for all ages! Office area with PC, Printer, Scanner, Copier and High Speed Wireless Internet Access (unlimited wireless internet access included in rental charge). Our spacious home accommodates two families providing two living areas, one formal Lounge with classic sofas, Dining Room with co-ordinating dining suite and a second Family Room with a large TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and HI FI System. The vaulted ceiling in the Family Room provides a light and spacious feeling to the home, views across the lake, fully equipped Kitchen with every labour saving device, Breakfast Nook and Utility Room with American Size Washing Machine, Dryer and ironing facilities. We provide cots (x 2), highchair, stroller, baby bowls, spoons, bibs and a selection of children’s melamine plates and bowls.
The ground floor Queen suite has sliding doors leading to the pool and spa area, TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, HI FI System and large walk-in closet. The ground floor Twin Bedroom has 22” wall mounted TV, Digital Cable and large walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom downstairs with Bath, Shower, Basin and WC and an additional separate WC and Basin downstairs. We provide hairdryers in each bathroom.
It is advisable that the pool is heated between October and April, depending on temperature and this is available at an extra charge at time of booking. We welcome guests from all over the world, who regularly want to return to our beautiful home. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the villa is strictly 'no smoking' and 'no pets'. |
