Cascais is a touristic village, with several beaches. It was the in the past the place chosen by the kings and queens to stay on their holidays. There are several houses from those times, used now as museums and galleries. These were essential in a piscatory village and now has developed an amazing mix of New and Old, nature and town. Across several kms you can appreciate a coast with several beaches and you also can use your holiday time to walk on the beaches, see the views, discover the history of this village and Sintra also, very near form Cascais. There are mixture of details of rural walks and sea walks. You will not be bored here!! A lot to see and appreciate!! History, beaches and mountain holidays.
Lisbon is very near (20minutes by car and 25min by train) the trains station is 10 min walking of the apartment. Also available several transportation's (bus, taxis). 5/10 min (by car) you have Quinta da Marinha's and Penha Longa's most spectacular golf courses is this area of Portugal. Several Spa/Health Clubs available on the region and Horse ridding near golf course available.
