The apartment has one double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a ceiling mounted fan.
The light and spacious lounge has a dining area with patio doors leading onto the front terrace.
If you peep round the corner from the terrace you will see the enormous communal pool with the bay of Mazarron beyond.
The bathroom is fully fitted in the Spanish style with bath and a built in shower.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
In the main living area there is a lovely 3 seater leather settee, TV, a DVD player and the dining area with table and chairs. 2 single portable Z beds (not stored in the apartment) will be added on request.
An outdoor table and chairs are supplied for use on the apartment´s terrace.
Las Brisas is an attractive, secure gated complex with lift access, wheelchair ramps and a communal rooftop solarium.
Puerto de Mazarron is ideal for couples and families. It has a limited range of night clubs, though the bars and restaurants stay open late into the night. It attracts independent holidaymakers. Package tours have not arrived in this unspoilt corner of Spain. |
