The villa is on Lake Wilson Preserve, which is about 2 miles from Champions Gate on the I-4's exit 58. Champions Gate has a supermarket, shops, petrol station and restaurants. Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes drive up the I-4, and Sanford International Airport is about 1 hour's drive - using the Florida Turnpike is recommended for this.
There are a number of Championship Golf Courses nearby. The Disney Parks can be reached via the I-4 or the US192, which is about 7 minutes drive away. Once on the US192 there are numerous shops, restaurants etc. with Kissimmee Old Town nearby. Busch Gardens theme park is about 1 hour's drive West down the I-4, and you can visit Kennedy Space Centre by driving about 1 hour East, with Cocoa Beach etc. nearby. It takes about 2-3 hours to get to the Everglades, and if you fancy a trip to the Keys it will take about 4-5 hours.
