Rental Notes: Please contact the owners for more information and availability. Changeover day is negotiable. Checkout = 11.00am although flexibility will be offered where possible. Check in = 3.00pm Complimentary wine and fruit on arrival. Optional Extras: Taxi transfers, car rental, grocery welcome pack, extra cleaning and linen changes, additional bed hire, computer & internet access. Booking Notes: A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking; with the non refundable balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. £250 CYP key deposit money is required which will be held against any serious damage or loss of items – fully refundable.

Local Activities:
Both the local area and the island of Cyprus have a wealth of things to offer all ages and tastes.
For leisure time away from the beach, everyone tends to gravitate to Paphos, 20 minutes away by car, for daily markets and other shopping, English film showings, outdoor concerts and world class opera under the night sky.
The Paphos area also offers a number of historical sites in dramatic settings, ranging from the World Heritage Tomb of the Kings to Aphrodite Rock. Kykkos Monastery and Mount Olympus are stunning locations in the Troodos Mountains and there are a number of local vineyards producing good wine that are worth a visit..!
For the young, Paphos has a water park and there is a go kart track just 3 minutes from the villa. Mountain bike and 4x4 trails abound in the world famous Akamas National Park which spans the west and north coasts. Less than 15 minutes away, hundreds of square miles of protected countryside and beaches draw species such as flamingos and turtles, together with some rare plants and flowers.
For the keen golfer Cyprus now offers three 18 hole golf courses, all of which are within 40 minutes drive from the villa.
The capital, Nicosia, offers plentiful shopping and the facilities one would expect of a capital city. It is now possible to cross to the Turkish community in the north of the island through one of the gates now opened up across the divided city.
The marina beside Paphos Castle is a great startpoint for local boat trips and deep sea diving. For the more adventurous, Paphos, Limassol and Larnaca offer lots of cruise and flight options to Egypt, the Greek Islands, Israel and Lebanon which are all a short journey from Cyprus.
For the sports enthusiast, an olympic swimming pool, two athletics tracks and a gym are all closeby, while more leisurely outlets such as sauna, Jacuzzi, manicure and beauty treatments are just as easy to access in the two five star hotels in Coral Bay.
The pursuits of eating and drinking are very well catered for, with a multitude of choices available in coastal, mountain, old and new settings. Cypriot cuisine and hospitality is first class and there are plenty of restaurants from all corners of the world with tempting menus and good prices that are open all year round.
