The foothills of the Troodos Mountains are close by, which lead you to the outstanding natural beauty of the mountainous region. Skiing is possible on the ski slopes of 1952m high Mount Olympus in the winter (Jan - Mar). There are many traditional Cypriot villages in the mountain region where a warm welcome awaits you.
Within easy reach of the cosmopolitan night life of Llimassol and close to numerous archaeological sites, such as the ancient city of Kourion and it's theatre, which still stages classical and modern productions. The area is famous for it's Commandaria wine a distinctive sweet red dessert wine and there are are many vineyards in the area which you can visit. Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Vikla Golf courses all within approximately 20 minutes drive.
Beautiful Curium Beach is close by, which has water sports facilities and sunbeds available for hire. Impressive Fasouri Water Park, the largest on the island is within 5 minutes drive.

A none refundable deposit of 30% of the full rental cost is required in order to secure the booking. The full balance and a refundable damage deposit of £300.00 must be received not less than 8 weeks before the date of arrival. The refundable damage deposit is to cover those events laid out in the terms and conditions, which will be forwarded to you to sign and return with your deposit and booking form.
A maid service is available at the end of the first week, on a two week booking, the charge for this is £25.00 payable with your final payment. This includes general cleaning and the changing of linen and towels.
The villa is available for long term lets October - April please contact for rates.
