My property is in the heart of Tuscany in the Pisan area. The village called Chianni is not far from Pisa 35Km, Florence 60Km, Siena 75Km, San Gimignano 45Km, Volterra 35Km, Livorno and Lucca. We are not far from the sea: Castiglioncello 35Km, Tirrenia 40Km, Marina di Pisa 35Km. To reach every artistic place you could use the highway.
We are 12 km from a nice town called Casciana Terme where you could find a Thermal Spa with a 500mq thermal pool full of thermal water at 36° degrees and a beautiful wellness centre where you could relax with a shiatzu or ayurvediacal massages.
Travelling the countryside you could discover farmhouses, castles, churches, neoclassical temples, good restaurants where you could taste good Tuscany food, olive oils and very good wine.
