Furnished to a very high standard and located within a short walk from the main resort of Playa Blanca and Playa Flamingo beach, where a variety of restaurants, shops and bars can be found. The semi-detached property consists of a fully fitted dining kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a utility room/solana with automatic washing machine, a large lounge area with SKY TV, Spanish TV, DVD player, CD player. 3 bedrooms, Master double bedroom with direct access onto the poolside, built-in wardrobes, 2 further large twin bedrooms, one with direct access onto the poolside both with built-in wardrobes. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. 3 luxury walk in bath /shower rooms with handmade tiles. Outside is a private swimming pool which is heated all year round, large sun terrace and is complete with luxury outdoor furnishings for alfresco dining. Car hire is not essential due to the close proximity of the main resort. For the sports minded, Dive Centre, Tennis, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Childrens Mini Golf are all located within a short 5 minute walk. If you want to relax by the pool and enjoy the views across to Fuertaventura and Montana Roja or be a little more active we’ve tried to ensure Villa Acebo has the perfect surroundings and home comforts. Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
