The Villa has a private screened pool, 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and furnished decking area. It is tastefully decorated and combines maximum comfort, security and privacy in a beautiful landscaped setting. The Golf and Country Club also offers an abundance of free leisure facilities including recreation area, large community swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centre with exercise room as well as a club house bar and restaurant, giving a true 'resort' feel.

Long stay discounts are available: Stay 4 weeks for the price of 3! A reservation deposit of £100 ($150) per week is payable at the time of booking.
The above rates are exclusive of local taxes.
The final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you stay less than 6 nights, an additional £50 ($90) surcharge is made for cleaning. Rental periods commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and end at 11am on the day of departure. Pool heating is available for a weekly charge of £75 ( $130). This should be booked in advance so the heater can be switched on prior to you arrival. Deposits: A £200 ($300) security deposit will be required in advance of you arrival, and refunded within 2 8 days of departure.
Refunds: Longer than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only will be charged. Up to 8 weeks 50% of rental cost; Under 8 weeks 100% of rental cost will be charged.

In its short history, Southern Dunes has received numerous awards from the golf industry: Top 10 courses built in the past 10 years by Links Magazine, America's Best Top 40 Daily Fee Courses in America by Golf & Travel, Places to Play by Golf Digest. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club was opened in 1993 and was designed by golf course architect Steve Smyers. This dramatic hillside layout was built and is maintained to play fast and firm to enhance the bounce and roll of the ball.
