La Carabasse is a lovely family style parc. Our Arizona mobile home (36 x 12), sleeps 8, has a veranda/deck with canopy, sun loungers, BBQ and bikes. Live entertainment, pool with slides, supermarket, football, tennis, wi fi internet. Close to beach, nice restaurants shops & bars. Ryanair fly to Carcassone (45 mins drive), Nimes (60 mins). Montpellier (40 mins) & Beziers-Cap D'Agde (10mins).

La Carabasse - Siblu site at Vias Plage - is a beautifully landscaped site within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants with all the leisure facilities you’ll ever need on your doorstep. The 4 star park offers live entertainment, pool with slides, supermarket, football, tennis, archery, bicycle hire, internet. You can take the opportunity to take a stroll or bike ride down the Canal Du Midi or visit one of the many fabulous vineyards in the area. The old town of Vias is just a 5 minute drive away and the medieval city of Carcassone is 45 minutes. The picturesque towns of Beziers and Sete are 25 minutes drive. The lovely city of Montpellier is only 40 minutes away. Spain (and Andorra) can be reached in 2 hours and you can get to Barcelona within a 3 hour drive! Flights to Carcasonne Airport, Nimes airport. Beziers-Cap D'Agde and Montpellier Airport can be booked through Ryanair.

Terms and conditions At the time of booking a deposit of 20% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff. If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment, confirmation will be sent for the holiday booking along with any final instructions, please check details carefully. Refunds and cancellation of booking If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday. Therefore: 35-41 days before arrival: 60% 28- 34 days before arrival: 70% 14-27 days before arrival: 90% Less than 14 days: 100% Availability Availability will be given to the person lodging their deposit first. Notification will be sent by Email (preferred) or letter. Car parking One car space is provided adjacent to the home, further cars will have to be parked and the main entrance car park. Arrival and departure. The accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Park fun passes Can be purchased at the park office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc. High season The high season is between July and August and all the park facilities will be open , many if not all will be open in June and September, what will be open and what is not is at the parks discretion and outside of our control and as our rental period goes outside of these months your requirement must be discussed at the time of booking. Barbecues A Barbecue is provided, restrictions may apply during the season for safety reasons, please respect these measures to ensure safety of the park. General Conditions The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties.

Mobile home at La Carabasse, Vias, South France
Hi there,
This is our 3rd season at La Carabasse having bought the mobile home in March 2006.
Our mobile home/ caravan sleeps 8 and is in a lovely position at la Carabasse quite close to the pool. It benefits from decking with a canopy sunshade and also air conditioning. Lots of lovely restaurants close by as well as supermarket on site. Plenty of places to visit locally - Beziers, Monpellier, Pezanas, Narbonne, Sete, Perpignan and even Barcelona !
You will have to provide your own linen for the beds but quilts and pillows are there for your use. There is a travel cot and a baby chair if you need them. On the decking will be a table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
Details and prices for Fun passes for the pool etc will be on the "Owners Visitors" form should you book with us.
