One of the few villas/town houses located in the town next door to communal pool.
In Torrevieja Town with its beautiful 2 km promenade and Marina with choice of beaches. With beautiful childrens park a few minutes walk away from your apt lovely at dusk . Also close to Aqua park to right of property and a 2 minute walk to pedestrian bridge to the great IMF centre with 10 pin bowling, restaurants Italian, Mexican, and fast food. All this is in the same street as the luxurious casino with dinner and entertainment centre.
The brand new Habenaras shopping complex fabulous fashion great prices. These in turn are close to the Carrefour shopping supermarket Also other supermarkets near that.
An information booklet/folder holiday guide is available in the apt telling you all about local entertainment pubs etc.
Ideal location, quiet enough for a peaceful night in on the solarium, close enough to town centre and all the entertainment centre.
On the promenade walk there also is boating rides to do during the day, the Marina the nightly market the huge carnival. Also underground car parking if needed at the Promenade.

Your private rooftop garden or solarium has 2 sunbeds table with plenty of room for a kids inflatable pool which you can get on you first shopping trip. Tap and water hose there too.
Advice - children should never be left alone with water.
Pop on the air conditioning for 2 hours at night for a comfortable night sleep. |
