Villa Mandriola is situated 4 km away from Padua in southern Veneto, along the road SS16 (Adriatica).
Villa Mandriola is easily reachable by motorway and is situated near the International Airport of Venice (Marco Polo), only 30 km away, and the Treviso Airport (San Giuseppe), 55 km away.
Padova Est is the recommended exit if you are coming from Venice; Padova Ovest is better if you are coming from Milan, whereas if you are coming from Bologna we recommend taking the Padova Sud exit.
The Padova train station is only 10 minutes away by car or 25 minutes by bus (lines 24 or 43).

All the above rental prices are charged up to 10 people, no discount for a lower number since the villa is rented entirely. Additional rooms are available at a fare, per person and per week, for more detail do not hesitate to ask. Heating: Please be aware that central heating is very expensive in Italy. The average cost for one week in winter varies from 400 to 600 according to the outdoor temperature and the amount of time the heating is turned on. In the mid season the cost is accordingly lower.
Price includes gas and electricity.
Price not includes catering, the final cleaning that is charge 200euro (the sum must be paid in cash at your arrival).
We will ask a security deposit of 800euro that we will give you back the last day if there will be no damages (the sum must be held in cash or cheque at your arrival).

Departure: Saturday within 10 a.m.

VILLA MANDRIOLA
Four double bedrooms, two single rooms and four bathrooms with bathtubs are reserved for our guests, who will enjoy the atmosphere that this particular Venetian Villa conveys.
The bedrooms face the romantic park and are furnished with historical furniture, but modern comforts are not neglected. All the ceilings in the Villa were painted at the end of the 19th century.
The ground floor is formed by a long and bright gallery, a wide, completely equipped kitchen, a large fireplace, a dining room which can host 12 people, a decoratively painted living room where you can relax, watch TV or listen to music, another living room “degli stucchi” where you can play board games and find useful information on the surrounding area, and a bathroom.
Immersed in the quiet nature you will forget about city life even when taking advantage of all the comforts.

A Mandriola Holiday is a stimulating and regenerating experience surrounded by the silence and greenery of nature, where it is possible to have walks among the ancient trees of the park, swim in the pool, fish in the private lake, ride a bicycle along the paths of the park or along the river banks leading to the Euganean Hills.
Agreements/Conventions
An incoming service is provided at the arrival and during their stay the guests are assisted by an English speaking person, living separately in the compound, in any of their needs concerning tourist information, booking of concerts, operas, theatres, etc.
A convention has been stipulated by the owner with a Hotel in Montegrotto Terme providing thermal swimming pool and also lunches or dinners on request at convenient prices.
Booking – to guarantee your booking we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount due. The difference (60%) will be paid in cash upon arrival. As soon as we receive your deposit, the booking will be confirmed and we will send you your reservation code with all the required information.
Deposit payment – via bank transfer or via paypal.
Deposit – upon arrival we will ask for a deposit of 800.00 euro against potential damages which might occur during your stay. When leaving you will be returned the entire sum, as long as everything is left in good condition. |
