Rainforest walks are at your back door, spotlighting at night is a feature, while native pademelons and wallabies feed at your feet. The panoramic views, as you relax or entertain, are stunning. Alternatively, come in the " High Season " (July-Nov), and feel the warmth of our "Tropical" sun. A three minute drive, brings you to Hastie Swamp, a Two level bird hide that views thousands of birds in their natural habitat, or visit Crystal Caves in the Main Street of Atherton. Mt Mulligan Escarpment is a must see. The region also hosts a number of antique and arts & craft shops, as well as art studio's & galleries.
