The property is in a village called Tremithousa, 15 mins away from the town centre of Paphos. It is a 15 min drive to the beach, and only 30 mins to the airport. The village provides a taverna, shop and a church, and is surrounded by small villages with popular tavernas selling good Cypriot food and wines. There are three golf courses, the nearest being Tsada golf some 20 mins drive away. The villa sits on the side of the mountain, enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea, and the sunsets are not to be missed.
