Located In the Community of Westridge. Westridge is a peaceful, quiet, mature upmarket community with palm tree lined roads, white picket fences, extensive flower and shrub planting, with gently sloping landscaping.
Holiday rental villas are dispersed amongst other villas occupied by local homeowners, which gives this community a very real sense of a friendly American neighbourhood.
Westridge has community facilities available, which include basketball courts and a children's play area. There is little road traffic in the community, and a Publix supermarket along with other convenience stores is situated just 1/2 mile away.

Sunrise Villa is a fantastic holiday home situated within a quiet and upmarket community, to come home to and relax after a hectic day out.
The villa will accommodate up to 8 guests, is fully furnished, fully equipped and air conditioned. Free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, Free local and international telephone calls. The villa has its own private heated screened swimming pool and lanai, with unusually spacious clear grassy areas both between villas and particularly behind which adds privacy.
The accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, cable TV, DVD, VCR and radio alarm clock. Guest double bedroom with closet and and radio alarm clock. Guest bedroom with 2 single beds and closet. Full bathroom shared by guest rooms.
The open plan living space has 2 sofas, one of which has a double bed with sprung mattress, cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD hi-fi and computer games consoles, with a selection of DVD's, CD's and computer games.
The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to six guests. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Full size washing machine and tumble drier, ironing board and iron.
Games room with a selection of games and toys. PS2 + games and Air hockey table, 2 sofas one of which has a double bed with sprung matress.
The villa is provided with all bed linen and towels, all you need to bring are beach/swimming towels. A cot and high chair are available for your use if required (free of charge).
Our local management company will provide 24-hour support for you during your stay and are only a quick phone call away.
