The village of Lania is known locally as 'The Village of Artists' as many local artists live and work here. The village boasts two excellent tavernas where you can relax over a long and leisurely inexpensive lunch or dinner with some of the excellent locally produced wine!
The villa is situated midway between the spectacular Troodos Mountains and the golden beaches and busy nightlife of Limassol - both being only a short 25 minute drive. The property is perfectly situated for easy access to both the main airports of Paphos or Larnaca, each only being just over an hour away.
Cyprus is a country that can be visited all year round with excellent skiing facilities at Troodos during the winter months. The villa is fully centrally heated so you will be warm and snug on those chillier winter nights!
However if you prefer the sunshine then the summer months are the time for you. You can relax around the large private swimming pool or lounge on the terrace taking in the fantastic panoramic views that surround the villa.
The villa is equipped with ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool on those long hot summer days! If it's peace and quiet you are after then our villa is the perfect location to relax and get away from it all. It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped with every modern convenience to make your holiday as stress free as possible.

On booking we will require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Also required is a separate post-dated cheque for £150 in case of any damages. This will be returned after your holiday if not required (up until now this has always been the case.)
