Vilamoura is Europe’s largest holiday resort with great facilities and entertainment. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the resort but central Vilamoura is less than a five minute drive away. A car really is recommended to enjoy the area properly . The entertainment and nightlife is focused around its large 1000-berth marina. It enjoys a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, offering family-friendly as well as more sophisticated dining. It also has one of the few casinos in the Algarve, hosting some evening shows. The long, sandy award winning Falesia beach is ideal for family holidays. There is also everything for the sports enthusiast (golf, tennis, water sports and bowling) and several water parks in the vicinity. |

Rental Rates The rental rates for 2006 are detailed below. These prices are for the apartment per week, regardless of how many occupants. Jan – Feb £325 March – April £350 May £375 June £425 July – August £600 September £500 October £350 Nov.– December £325 A non-refundable 30% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance payable four weeks before departure.

The spacious, first floor luxury apartment is adjacent to the Millennium and Laguna golf courses, and close to central Vilamoura. The large lounge/dining room leads out on to a south facing balcony which enjoys day-long sunshine, overlooking the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. There are great views over Vilamoura and the surrounding pine forests and a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The apartment is decorated with quality furnishings including leather sofas in the lounge and the dining table comfortably seats up to six. The well-equipped dining kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a television and CD/DVD player. The apartment is air-conditioned and heating is available if necessary.
There is sleeping accommodation for up to six adults. The master en-suite bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe with a safe, drawer unit and bedside tables. There are also patio doors, leading to a small balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and twin wash hand basins. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobe and a bedside table. There is also a separate shower room with a curtained shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The lounge has a double sofa bed. A travel cot and high chair are available for infants. Clean linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. However, we ask that guests provide their own towels for use by the pool or at the beach. There is no smoking in the apartment, and pets are not allowed. Access to the apartment is via a single flight of stairs, but there is a lift, giving wheelchair access if necessary.
There are 24 apartments in the complex, all of which are privately owned. Outside, there are south-facing landscaped gardens for sun-bathing and a large communal pool. The apartment has its own sun loungers for use by our guests. |
