The Costa del Sol has something for everyone and boasts 330 days of sunshine a year and 200 miles of beach. The villa itself is situated in El Paraiso which is ideal as it is near the coast and at the same time, the Spanish countryside is only a short 10 minute drive away. The "real" Spain is a vibrant place of diverse culture with a history of Moorish influence. Marbella, about 15 minutes by car, is the largest town in the area. The population in Marbella is made up of around 75% of the locals and the other 25% consists of another 34 nationalities. Many people speak English so it is not difficult to get about and here one can visit the "Old Town" and "tapas" bars. Not far from here and closer to the villa, is the world famous Puerto Banus, with marina, leading designer shops, excellent night life, restaurants, bars and zoo. San Pedro is the local town to Villa Andaluz and besides shops, bars and cafes it has a market on a Thursday morning. Inland, Ronda is an hours drive by car and is a fascinating historic place. Gibraltar along the coast is less than an hour away and is famous for its giant rock and not far from here, one can board a ferry for Morocco in the town of Algeciras and visit north Africa for the day.

We do have our own web page which explains this more fully - meanwhile, we do ask a 25% deposit to reserve the villa, and then 8 weeks before you depart the balance is to paid. We also at that time ask a refundable breakages deposit of £350 (507€). The electricity is included insofar as we ask the guests to switch off the air-conditioning when not needed and we allow 10 Euros a day for this, and so far this has not been exceeded. (The pool is heated with an air-exchanger so is not expensive to run.) We also provide a maid service everyday, except Sundays.
