When we were thinking of buy are own Villa in Florida it was very important to buy in the right location. The Villa is about half a mile off Highway 27, in the quiet and beautiful Highlands Reserve Golf Community. We are a short 30 minute drive away from Orlando International Airport. All the main attractions, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Universal, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Water Parks are a short and very easy 15 minutes drive away. Busch Gardens (well worth a visit) is about a hour away. East coast beaches are a mere 45 minutes away and Gulf coast beaches are just over an hour. Shops and restaurants are plenty located around Highway 27 and the 192. Golf is plentiful with the magnificent Highlands Reserve Golf Course on your door step. Champions Gate International and Champions Gate National Golf Courses just a 2 minute drive as so is Polo Park Golf Course. Within the area there are Cypress Greens, Four Lakes, Deer Creek, Oakwood, The Hamptons, Lone Palm, Willowbrook, Ridgewood Lakes, Mystic Dunes, Remington, Stonegate, Southern Dunes, Diamondback, Huntington Hills Golf Courses just to name a few which are only 30 minutes away. Driving in the Orlando area is relaxed and easy with good signposting to all major attractions. Being based here you will have great access to all the major routes.
