The area is known as Orihuela Costa famous for their Blue Flag Beaches lying not far from Alicante Airport and Murcia San Javier Airport. La Zenia can be approached either way by the scenic route of the N332 or travel along the AP-7 motorway. Costa Blanca has a reputation as being paradise, coupled with the mildest of weathers and excellent sporting and leisure facilities. Torrevieja is the main town. An old fishing town with it's own harbour and fishing fleet is busy all year round. You will find lots of shops, great restaurants and a large selection of bars and nightlife. Torrevieja has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine. The World Health Organisation recommends Torrevieja as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes at the edge of town rich in minerals. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere. Not far from La Zenia is Cabo Roig where you will find another delightful beach and attractive marina. There are 3 World Famous Golf courses a few minutes drive from La Zenia, Villamartin offering 18 holes, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. There is plenty to do in La Zenia and the surrounding areas. Further south down the N332 you will come to the Mar Menor a beautiful lagoon with sandy beaches ideal for children. Also in the Mar Menor is the La Manga Strip very cosmopolitan and well worth a visit.

Upon booking a deposit of 10% will be required immediately. The Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. All prices are per property per week and include housekeeping and laundry. On a two week booking a linen change and housekeeping service will be provided mid-way through your holiday. A £100 returnable deposit will be required to be paid at the same time as the balance. This is a guarantee against damage to or misuse of the property and will be fully refundable after the property has been checked. The property will normally be available for your use from 16.00hrs on the arrival day. On your departure day we ask that you vacate your property by 10.30hrs to allow access for housekeeping of the property. Wherever possible, at your request, these times can be amended to coincide with your flight times and by prior arrangement with ourselves. Airport transfers can be arranged and if required will be an additional cost of 40 Euro each way. There are also welcome packs available if requested.

This townhouse is on 3 levels and at the top level is a large terrace with sun loungers. The back patio is equipped with table and chairs and eventually a BBQ. There is private parking to the rear of the property with your own fob to activate the gates.
