Nine hole golf course, riverside beach, canoeing and tennis (15 mins). Large supermarket, restaurants, banks (10 mins). Ancient sleepy villages. Authentic markets. Horse riding, pony trekking.
Day Trips: From Aubeterre, one of the loveliest villages in France (20 mins), the River Dronne winds eastwards through the historic towns of Riberac, Bourdeilles, Brantôme. Encounter colourful, lively markets, ancient chà teaux and restaurants to suit all pockets. Within easy reach of Cognac and the vineyards of Bordeaux and St Emilion are to the South (75mins.), as is Bergerac.

Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday in weekly or fortnightly periods except during July and August when only two week bookings may be available.
Prices include: hot water, gas, electricity, blankets & pillows but not towels or bed linen.
Electric heaters, cot, high chair and bed linen may be hired in advance.
The pool is normally open from May half term until September.

You may email or phone a reservation which will be held for you for 4 working days within which time a completed booking form and deposit of 25% of the total cost should be sent.

Le Jardin, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms is one of just 2 gites sharing a pool.
Lounge: Open fireplace, beamed ceiling, pine dining table, 8 chairs, a 3 seater sofa, cupboards, chests and French windows opening onto a private side garden.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for 8, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc.
Washroom 1: has a bath with shower mixer, hand basin, hot towel rail and W.C.
Washroom 2: Step in shower, hand basin, bidet, hot towel rail.
Second separate W.C.
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds.
Bedroom 4: (or Lounge 2) - large enough for 2 single beds, sofa, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a folding table tennis table.
Services:
Electricity, gas, hot water, blankets and pillows are included in the rental, but not bed linen (e.g. sheets). Electric heaters, cot, high chair and bed linen may be hired in advance.
Outside:
Each gite has a separate, grassed, sitting out area provided with garden furniture and barbecue as well as the two communal grass terrace near the fenced 32ft x 16ft (9.75m x 4.88m) swimming pool. The more adventurous can explore the adjoining woods or steep hillside.
