The house is just outside a town called Corralejo on a development called La Capellina but otherwise known as Tamaragua.
It is a 3 bedroom detached villa, with 2 bathrooms, a patio and its own car port. The house comes fully furnished with a TV, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Hifi System. It is situated within a 2 minute walk from the shopping centre and the Multiplex cinema.

Rental Rates

1. Unless otherwise agreed the villa will be rented on a weekly basis with rentals normally starting on a Wednesday.
2. Prices are based on 6 sharing. Additional persons will be charged £50 per person per week up to a maximum occupancy of 8.
3. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon confirmation of the booking. I also require a £50 security deposit for breakages and this will be returned when i have recieved the keys back!
4. The balance is due Six weeks before the start of the rental, except when condition 5 applies.
5. Where the booking is made with less than 4 weeks notice, the full rental will be due upon confirmation.
6. Cancellations will be charged at the following rates:
· 4 weeks or more notice: deposit only ·
Less than 4 week’s notice: 25% of total cost
· Less than 3 week’s notice: 50% of total cost
· Less than 2 week’s notice: 75% of total cost
· Less than 1 week’s notice: 100% of total cost
Cancellation date will be defined as the date upon which we receive the notice of cancellation. 7. The villa will be available from 14.00 on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
8. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
9. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
10. Furnishings and fittings must be left in a similar condition to that in which they are found upon arrival. In the event of damage or loss, the client will be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement.
11. Any breakages and damage that occur should be notified immediately to my agent. The situation will be viewed sympathetically as long as we are notified prior to the post-holiday inspection.
12. The owner or the agent reserve the right to inspect the property during the rental period. Any inspection will be by prior appointment with the client.
13. The client undertakes not to disturb the peace of the neighbourhood and, in particular, noise should be kept to an acceptable minimum between the hours of 22.30 and 09.00. 14. The rent is inclusive of standard utilities (electricity and water). Clean bed linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Towels are not to be taken outside the villa.
15. By placing a booking you are indicating that you agree to the terms and conditions set out above. Upon receipt of the final balance for your holiday, we will send final confirmation and provide further details about the villa, our agent, and obtaining keys.
