A £100 security deposit will be needed with all bookings. This is refunded after stay and inspection of the villa. A one off 50 euro cleaning fee is paid direct to our caretaker on arrival. Arrival packs are paid to the caretaker according to spec.

| We can arrange airport pickups or car hire from Alicante airport. The villa is easy to find and even though a car would be better as with any villa holiday its not essential. There are many quality golf courses to play on all within a short drive. There are plenty of quality bars and restaurants to found in short distance. Please note we have gone to extra expense to give a better quality of furniture and decoration for your holiday enjoyment and would like to remind all our guests that this villa does not allow smoking inside. |
