Welcome to our new villa of 400 m2 total area and 1000 m2 court with outdoor structure with barbeque, sectional pool and lounges. The villa is located in sea-resort Bqla ,only 25 minutes from the center of Varna, the sea-capital of Bulgaria and close to other world famous resorts like Sunny beach, Nessebar and Obzor. The villa is situated in a very calm and relaxing area, with incredible sea-view, just 200 metres from the Black Sea coast and the private beach.
Our villa is luxury furnished. Lounge (60 m2), dining-room with fireplace, big and modern completely furnished kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms,2 cosy triple bedrooms /all with terraces/,a relaxing room, 3 bathrooms, sommer-house with barbeque. All the premises are air conditioned.
We will meet you at Airport Varna and take you to the villa with our transport !

Welcome to our new luxury furnished villa of 400 m2 total area and 1000 m2 court with ray-grass and wooden outdoor structure with barbecue, located on the sea-side part of the Bqla-resort, about 25 minutes from the center of Varna and 20 minutes from Sunny beach and Nessebar resorts /all easily accessible by bus or by tourist-transport from the villa/ .
The construction year of the house is 2003.On the first floor you can find complitely furnished kitchen,large dining room and living room with fireplace , for 10 persons comfortable sitting,and 1 bathroom/WC. On the second floor there are 4 separate cosy bedrooms /2 double and 2 triple bedrooms/ all with terraces/,there are 2 bathrooms , and a relax-room with second TV SET and armchairs.
WE CAN MEET YOU AT AIRPORT VARNA AND TAKE YOU TO THE VILLA WITH OUR TRANSPORT
