The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa del Almeria with a total of 250 km of coastline. Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate, it has at least 315 days of sunshine per year. The winter temperatures range from 12 - 22C and the summer temperatures between 18 - 38C.
Mazarron - Where the mountains meet the sea
Mazarron is a small Spanish town and is situated 25 miles from Murcia. The main town has banks, indoor produce market, medical facilities, shops and restaurants, while 5 minutes drive away is the Port. Puerto de Mazarron has superb sandy beaches and secluded coves, a harbour and a marina. There are restaurants and bars but no chip shops or fast food take-aways. The paseo has been extended and now reaches down to El Alamillo and a walk along here is a lovely way to pass the warm evenings. Apart from tourism, the region is famous for farming and agriculture.
This beautiful detached villa is set over 2 floors and is located only a few minutes walk from the new Commercial Centre with the supermarket, bars and restaurants making it ideal for those who don't want to have to drive everywhere. |

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine, plus utensils to accommodate a self catering holiday. The bathroom is a shower room. there is also heating installed for the cooler months. This apartment is suitable for a beach holiday and is situated within walking distance to all the local bars, restaurants/tapas etc. If you want a swimming pool then there is a pool within a 15 minute walk, situated on the hillside overlooking the marina - as long as you buy a drink you can swim for free. It is set on different levels and the views when the sun is going down are breath taking. |
