The apartment is ideally situated approximately 500 metres from the coast on the outskirts of Lapta with local shops and the beach all within walking distance.
The coast road takes you to Kyrenia with its enchanting Venetian harbour and onto Bellapais which was made famous by Lawrence Durrell's 'The Bitter Lemons of Cyprus'.
There are many restaurants within walking distance whilst those further afield will often supply a free taxi service to their customers.
The border with the South is approx 30 minutes away whilst the wild expanse and breathtaking beaches of the Karpaz peninsula can be reached in about 2 hours.
For lovers of history there are numerous castle's including that of Kyrenia which houses the oldest shipwreck in the world, the spectacular Bellapais Abbey and the Roman ruins at Salamis.
Wherever you are you always have the benefit of fantastic sea views and the dramatic backdrop of the Besparmak mountain range.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to letting together with a £150 security bond.
The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to an appropriate deduction in respect of any damage or breakages reported to us by our managing agent.

The apartment also comes with the use of the owners membership of a local beach club and its facilities. These include pool, restaurant, TV lounge, gym, golf driving range, quad bikes, paint-balling watersports and boat trips. The membership provides free entrance for four people and a 20% discount against all purchases.
