The villa is situated on a development of private homes in a gated community. A small number of the houses in this exclusive community are holiday homes. The development is nestled between orange groves on State Road 27, just South of the junction with Interstate Road 4. If you have been to Orlando before you will know that both SR27 and I4 give quick and easy access to all of Orlando’s attractions. If you haven’t been to Orlando before, then you just need to know that by car you will leave your villa and be at the gates of Disney in fifteen minutes!
Sea World and Universal Studios are only another five or ten minutes further up the road. If you want shopping malls there are plenty to choose from within a thirty minute radius. There are more restaurants than you could possibly have time to sample, and all tastes are catered for. If you like golf there are over 1500 courses in the State of Florida! The nearest course is only minutes away. Orlando features two airports, Sanford and Orlando International. Orlando International is in Orlando itself and is about thirty minutes drive to the villa. Sanford is North of Orlando and you need to allow at least an hour for the transfer. Orlando International is a very modern airport, but flights tend to be a little more expensive. Sanford is usually cheaper, but is further away and a little less glamorous. |

Management & Maintenance The Manager will:
Arrange hook-up of utilities.
Carry out a walk through inspection of Property prior to the closing.
If the property is to be used for short term rentals, an initial inspection will be carried out. If applicable, estimates will be provided to the Owner for authorization prior to any work being carried out on the home. The inspection will include:
Carry out initial inspection of the Property to include, pool, physical appearance and cleanliness of the Property, condition of furnishings and house wares and general marketability of the property as a short term rental unit.
It is the duty of the Manager to see that the property meets the standards required by law Provide information folders in the rental units.
Provide a 24 hour number to guests for assistance in the local area.
Provide any maintenance work required to keep the home in a first class condition. |
