The apartment is situated on the Costa Calida which is south east Spain, at the northern end of La Manga strip. It is a short walk from Tomas Maestre where there is a good selection of restaurants which overlook the busy port area. With the Mediterranean sea on one side and the Mar Menor on the other, you are just a few minutes walk from either beach. The Mar Menor has warm shallow waters ideal for children and there are endless beaches up and down the strip.
The area plays host to a great number of water sports including scuba diving, water skiing, sailing and many more.
The Mar Menor is also famous for The Black Mud which is said to help treat the symptoms of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
The apartment is close to a shops and restaurants and there are regular buses up and down the strip at incredibly low fares if you prefer a wider selection to choose from.
This region of Spain enjoys warm sunny days most of the year and is great for holidays all year round.
Available just a short car ride away are horse riding facilities, a full sized go-kart track and roller skating.
This area is also host to the famous La Manga Club which boasts championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and many other activities.
