Kefalonia is the largest island in the Ionian Sea, Greece. You can reach it either by airplane - directly from UK and other EU countries - or by ferry from Italy through Patra (mainland Greece). Villa Brio complex is 30 min drive from the International Airport, 35 min drive from island`s main port (Sami) and 10 min drive from the port of Poros (1 hour by ferry from Killini, mainland Greece). Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car/bike rentals are within 15 min walk from Villa Brio.

- Prices are quoted per villa per week, for 2-6 persons.
- Each additional guest (max 2, accommodated either in the existing double sofa-bed or two extra single folding beds in the spacious living room area) is charged 280 Euros per week.
- Refundable breakage deposit 150 Euros per villa.
- Preferable change over days Saturday/Sunday.
Payment Terms:
35% deposit upon booking in order to confirm reservation.
Full balance 56 days prior to arrival.

LOCATION:
The complex is located at the edge of the famous sandy beach of Skala village, just 1 mile from the village.
HOW TO GET THERE:
* Kefalonia is the largest island in the Ionian Sea. You can get there either by plane or car.
* There are direct flights from UK and other EU countries. Villa Brio is 30 min drive from Kefalonia International Airport.
* In case you use a car, you take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece). Then you take the ferry to Sami (island`s main port), about 3 hours trip. Villa Brio is 35 min drive from Sami port.
* Another option is to take the ferry from Killini (1 hour drive from Patra) to Poros port. Then it takes 10 min drive to Villa Brio.
AMENITIES - SPORTS & LEISURE:
• In Skala village, just 15 min easy walk from Villa Brio, there are restaurants, bars, food shops, super market, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car/bike rentals.
• Beside the villa, there is a water sports center, scuba & boat hire.
• Walking and cycling along the coast is a superb experience.
• Tennis is available in nearby hotels, while mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayak and trekking within 30 minutes drive.

It's location is excellent - just outside Skala (not too far to walk, but a taxi home was a useful option at 5 Euros!) with wonderful views of the coastline and across to Zante.
