Bansko is a charming unspoilt village situated in the Pirin Mountains of Bulgaria. It is quite unique to have an ancient working village alongside an ultra modern resort, where its not unusual for the traffic to be held up by an ox and cart or a herdsman bringing his goats and sheep down from the mountain, offering you old world charm with modern day facilities.
Gramadeto Apartments have the best location to the ski lift and facilities in Bankso, not only are you 2 mins to the brand new lift but surrounded by 5 star hotels and the spa facilities they offer - so you can come down from the mountain and pop into one of the luxury hotels such as Tamplier or Kemplinski and have a full massage for around £20.00.
Bulgaria is still a well kept secret and one of the cheapest places to ski and learn to ski in Europe - experience it now whilst it is still a secret.
