Tampa and the east coast are within an hours drive.

Pool heating if required, usually November to March £80 /$140 per week, must be booked in advance.
Spa heating at £30 per week.
Non refundable deposit of £125/$218 will be required per week at the time of booking.
Security deposit £200/$350 will also be required at booking time and will be returned if all is well with the villa following departure and after 14 days.
