Mouraria is built on two levels; the ground floor and above that three separate towers, each with its own entrance by a flight of stairs. A lovely driveway leads to the main entrance of the villa. The spacious entrance hall opens into the living room with comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set. There is a second sitting area looking out over garden and swimming pool. There is a card table with 4 chairs. The adjoining dining room seats 14. This spectacular room has two folding walls, which connect the dining room to the large terrace with outdoor fire place. The rooms are very tastefully appointed and decorated in a Moorish style. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three double bedrooms, also with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace. Further on this floor a guest lavatory and a storage/ironing room. Above the master bedroom on the ground floor there is a tower with a second very large master bedroom. It has a beautiful en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. The other two towers also have a double bedroom each with en-suite bathroom and terrace. The tower bedrooms offer maximum privacy. All bedrooms are decorated in a different color and are provided with a large ceiling fan. The living room opens onto the large partly covered terrace. The eight-shaped salt water swimming pool is incorporated in the terrace and has a small paddling pool and a jacuzzi. There is a private tennis court. At one side of the villa there is a small annex for a nanny. It comprises a bedroom with bathroom and has its own entrance. There is ample parking space. The delightful garden has lots of palm trees and a large lawn, ideal for children (there is a swing). The villa is situated on a private estate together with Mimosa and Alegria. The villas can be rented in combination with each other. Alegria sleeps 10 and Mimosa sleeps 6. The villas could be rented during the winter, since they all have central heating and heat-able pools. Maid service on working days. Bedlinen is changed once a week, bath linen twice a week. Garden and pool maintenance. Pool heating available from GBP 120 per week, payable in advance.
