Alegria is built in a Portuguese style and comprises two floors. This beautiful villa was completely renovated in 2002. The entrance hall leads into the lounge and dining room. The lounge has comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set. The spacious dining room seats 10. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. On the ground floor you will find 4 double bedrooms. The two bedrooms in the left wing have en-suite bathrooms, the two bedrooms in the right wing share one bathroom. Three bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and garden. The lounge opens onto the semi-covered terrace with views of the garden and a small lush valley. Next to the kitchen there is a small patio, ideal for al fresco dining. A marble staircase leads to the second floor. Here you will find the beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a private balcony. The delightful garden has lots of palm trees and a large lawn, ideal for children. The large kidney-shaped salt water swimming pool (12m x 6m.) is incorporated in a large terrace. There is a built-in BBQ and a gazebo. There is a carport for two cars. The villa is situated on a private estate together with Mimosa and Mouraria. The villas can be rented in combination with each other. Mouraria sleeps 14 and Mimosa sleeps 6.
