It's an Italian luxury country house set in the marvellous Monteferrato environmental park, a real naturalistic oasis of about 600 hectares very close to Florence, main town in Tuscany. Highway injuction is only 5 km far from the villa and you can easily reach Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Chiantishire and many others historical and cultural sites. Hundreds of museums to see in Tuscany and if you like a good nightlife everywhere, good restaurants and good wines. Driving only 5/10 minutes you'll reach golf courses, horse riding, tennis courts and all kind of activity you like. The nearest beach is 50km away and is called Versilia coast; Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta are pearls of Tuscany's coast but also the Apuane, mountains surrounding the coast are beautiful to visit and discover. The villa has a large garden – orchard (5000 mt2) to the center of which is the private swimming pool, with hydromassage system, encircled from the terrace equipped with warm and cold shower, gazebo, beach beds, deckchairs beyond to chairs, tables and towels from swimming pool. The swimming pool is supplied with lighting system for a romantic dive under the moon. The outside villa is wholly enclosed, with barbecue, table-tennis, covered parking places; the large garden it is entirely level and has ample spaces where the children can safely play; moreover, the estate is surrounded by a 40.000 m2 olive grove from which it is possible to enjoy a impressive panorama.
Milano, Venezia and Roma are all 250 kilometers far from Villa delle Rose.
The villa, more than 250 meters squared, was built in the 19th century but has been completely restored in 1999 and it’s very comfortably furnished also with antiques and great attention to the details. The villa is on two levels and can accommodate 11 guests.
Ground floor:
A large living room with fireplace, armchairs and sofas supplied of TV set (TV, TV sat, DVD, VHS ) and stereo system.
A large dining room (dining table for 12people) & kitchen perfectly equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwaves oven, kettle, mixer, toaster, American coffee machine, table set for 12 people and every type of kitchen accessory.
A large laundry with washing machine, ironing set, appropriate fountain to wash clothes and several cabinets.
One bathroom for guests.
An armored room with safe.
An easy access to the private garden where there is the barbecue and garden furniture for eating “al fresco”.
First floor:
The Sunflower bedroom - our main bedroom with a luxury bathroom “ensuite” supplied by a wellness centre with Jacuzzi bathtub and Jacuzzi sauna.
The Tulips bedroom, a large double bedroom with TV set and a lovely pink bathroom “en suite”.
The Iris bedroom, the largest of the villa, with a big matrimonial bed and a double sofa-bed, the iris bedroom has, of course, it’s own bathroom.
The reading corner where relaxing with a good book.
The rooms are all spacious, all the bedrooms are furnished with style and antique pieces and the ceilings at sight have beams in wood like the typical Tuscany style.
There is the possibility to buy local products like oil, fruits and vegetables.
The nearest village is only 1,5 km from the villa and there you’ll find every kind of shops, (supermarket, post office, pharmacy, newspaper stand, bank, pub, lady hairdresser). Prato center is only 6 Km far, Florence only 15 Km away.
Nearby you will find a number of sporting clubs with tennis courts, a thermal spa and pool, horse riding stables and golf courses.
