The beautiful Casa Tranquilla is located in a peaceful & secluded residential area on the outskirts of Moraira. Although there are a small number of bars & restaurants within walking distance of the property, we would advise clients to rent a vehicle in order to take the fullest advantage of this popular & prestigious accommodation.
The elegant private pool and sun terraces at Casa Tranquilla will give you the chance to catch up on that much-needed rest and relaxation. From this vantage point, you can take in the impressive sea views across to bustling Moraira, which is a short five minute drive away from your exceptional holiday base.
Tastefully decorated, and furnished with enormous style, this superbly appointed property never fails to captivate all clients. Air-conditioning & TV facilities also serve to deliver the levels of comfort you require, should the outside temperatures climb a little too high, for even the most "seasoned campaigners".
The magnificent fully equipped kitchen at Casa Tranquilla provides every appliance you could possibly need, to create the perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner-party, whilst the pool-side barbecue area will permit any male visitors to demonstrate their no doubt "superior culinary talents" !?!
Tranquilla's four lovely bedrooms are fitted out with two double, and a total of four single beds, to guarantee a peaceful night's rest, or indulgent late-afternoon siesta. There is also a single sofabed and the superb main bedroom, is fully air-conditioned
The primary villa incorporates a smaller independent "garden apartment". This apartment is available for rent independently from September until June, when the owners are in residence in the main house. This apartment has one double bedroom plus a sofa bed within the main living area, a bathroom and a kitchen. (See "Moraira apartments" section of this website for more details). |
