Kalkan was voted by "A Place in the Sun" TV programme as the most desirable place in turkey to buy property and for very good reasons, Kalkan is a 60 minute drive from Dalaman Airport. Kalkan is also convenient for the coastal town of Fethiye which is less than 60 minutes away. Olu Deniz, with it's famous blue lagoon, is just a 50 minute drive.
A ten minute drive away you find Patara beach, a 7 mile stretch of protected sand which has been voted as one of the top ten beaches in the world, there's so much space your feel your the only one on the beach.
The village of Kalkan is surrounded by beautiful wooded mountain countryside. The views from the villa stretches for miles across the plain of Uzumlu. The location is suited to those who want to get away from the nightlife of the busy coastal resorts and who want to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of traditional Turkish rural life.

A deposit of £150 (non refundable) is required at time of booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the rental date.
A £50.00 breakages deposit is to be paid, returnable maximum 1 week after rental, subject to checks by the property manager. A cleaning service is included once a week and extra cleaning can be arranged if required.
We the villa owners accept no liability for loss of possessions or personal injury and we insist on holiday insurance to be taken out by anyone wishing to rent the villa.
We have a special arrangement with a car hire company who offer us very special rates for our guests should they require car rental or airport transfers.
Our English speaking next door neighbour Mehmet is also the property manager and will look after any problems you should have or just to help with recommending a restaurant.
